Controller
The data controller is Virderm. You can reach us anytime at hola@virderm.com.
What data we process
This site is informational and does not collect data via automated forms. Only if you voluntarily write to hola@virderm.com do we process the data you choose to include in your message (at least your email address). We do not collect photographs or biometric data.
Purpose
To reply to your message and, if you ask, to let you know when Virderm becomes available in your country. We do not send third-party advertising or sell your data.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you initiate contact with us and request information. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it or the project no longer has this purpose.
Processors
Our email provider (ARSYS, Spain) operates the hola@virderm.com mailbox. Our web hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical access data (IP, browser) needed to serve the site. Both are bound by their own GDPR safeguards and processing agreements.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or port your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to hola@virderm.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (in Spain, the AEPD — www.aepd.es).

This site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
